HKUST Students Win Outstanding Students Award in BIM

A student team from the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at HKUST has received the Outstanding Students Award at the Autodesk Hong Kong BIM Awards 2019. The award was given for their FYP project “Integrating BIM and IoT for Facility Management: Smart Facility Management for a Smarter Campus.” The team was supervised by Prof. Jack Cheng, and consists of members Ms. Vivian Weiwei Chen, Ms. Helen Hoi Ling Kwok, Ms. Miro Sum Chau Chan and Ms. Sampriti Dwivedy. The award was presented at Hotel Mira in Hong Kong on 14 January 2020.
