CIVL STUDENT WINS RESEARCH AWARD AT HKIPM PROJECT MANAGEMENT ACHIEVEMENT AWARDS 2023

Prof. Jack C.P. Cheng received the award

A PhD student, Mr. Hao Liu, from the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering, supervised by Prof. Jack C.P. Cheng, won the Research Award at HKIPM Project Management Achievement Awards 2023.

The winning project is “BIM-based Construction Cost Management with AI and Blockchain” by Mr. Hao Liu, Prof. Jack C.P. Cheng, and Prof. Vincent J.L. Gan. HKIPM Project Management Achievement Awards (known as the HKIPM Awards), is a project management awards program established by the Hong Kong Institute of Project Management (HKIPM). The aim of the Awards is to recognise and promote organisations demonstrating excellence and outstanding achievements in project management. In particular, the Research Award aims to recognise research excellence in the development of the profession of project management.
