Prof HK Lo Appointed Justice of the Peace

Prof. Hong K. Lo, Head and chair professor of CIVL, has been appointed as Justice of the Peace (JP) by the Hong Kong SAR Government, in recognition of his outstanding contribution to public service. Prof. Lo is a leading expert of transportation engineering and a leader in both the academia and the professional community.
