Prof Limin Zhang Awarded Geosnet Award

On 5 June 2017, Prof Limin Zhang was awarded the 2017 GEOSNet Award. The award was presented over the ASCE Georisk 2017 Conference at an award dinner that honors the 2017 award winners in the Crystal Ballroom overlooking the beautiful Denver City. Presented once every two years, GEOSNet Award recognizes an individual who has made impactful contributions to geotechnical reliability, particularly theoretical innovations that led to improvements in geotechnical engineering practice or theoretical advances; or an individual who has made impactful contributions to geotechnical risk assessment and management, particularly contributions that have led to safer communities.
