Prof Irene Lo's PhD student, Mr. Sam Lok Hin Chiu received Best Paper Award at a conference

Mr. Sam Lok Hin Chiu, PhD student of Civil and Environmental Engineering, received the Student Paper Award at the Thirty-First International Conference on Solid Waste Technology and Management in Philadelphia, U.S.A. His paper was co-written with Prof. Irene Lo and was accepted for oral presentation by the organizer after a vigorous selection process from over 460 submissions.
