Gold Award of 2014-2015 President's Cup

Our undergraduate student, Li Mengyuan, is one of the 7 members of an interdisciplinary team (with all members majoring in different subjects) winning the Gold Award of 2014-2015 President's Cup for their project on "Real-time Display of Machine Status", supervised by Prof. David Rossiter of Computer Science and Engineering. The President's cup was launched in 2002 to recognize outstanding achievements in research and innovation by undergraduate students. Most entries are based on final year projects and it is most impressive that all members of Mengyuan's team are Year 2 students.
