CIVL UG students received The Chartered Institute of Highways and Transportation (Hong Kong Branch) Student Paper Award

Mr. LO Tsz Hing and Mr. TANG Ho Yuen have been awarded The Chartered Institute of Highways and Transportation (Hong Kong Branch) Student Paper Award. The title of their project was “Housing Development Strategies along a Transport Corridor: Investor versus Resident Perspectives”, supervised by Prof. Hong K. Lo. The project studied how housing price along a transport corridor varies with the investor population and amount of sub-divided flats, a common phenomenon in Hong Kong.
