CIVL PhD student won “THE BEST POSTER” award in The AUAPAF 2018, Beijing, China

Mr. Avik Kumar Das, a second year PhD student supervised by Prof. Christoper K Y Leung, won the “THE BEST POSTER” award during the 2018 Asian Universities Alliance Postgraduate Academic Forum (AUAPAF) held in Beijing, China from 20-22 October 2018. The theme was The New Era of Artificial Intelligence. Mr. Das is working on strategies for robust deployment smart structural elements based on SHCC.
