Celebrating 35 Years of Excellence, Impact, and Community

The Civil and Environmental Engineering Alumni Association (CEEAA) warmly invites alumni, faculty, students, and friends of the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering (CIVL) at HKUST to join the HKUST CIVL 35th Anniversary Celebration Dinner cum Celebration of the Establishment of HKUST Medical School on 22 October 2026.

Held as part of HKUST's 35th Anniversary celebrations, this special occasion will bring together generations of CIVL alumni and members of the HKUST community to celebrate the Department's achievements, reconnect with old friends, and strengthen the bonds that have shaped our vibrant alumni network.

This year's celebration is particularly meaningful as it coincides with another major milestone in HKUST's development—the establishment of the HKUST Medical School. As the University embarks on a transformative new chapter, the event will provide an occasion for the wider HKUST community to come together and celebrate this significant milestone, which reflects HKUST's continued commitment to advancing knowledge, innovation, and societal impact.

A highlight of the evening will be the presentation of the HKUST CIVL Outstanding Alumni Awards 2026, jointly established by CIVL and CEEAA. The awards recognize and honour exceptional CIVL graduates who have demonstrated remarkable professional achievements, academic excellence, outstanding leadership, and impactful contributions to society. Distinguished recipients from academia and industry will be recognized for their accomplishments and service to the community.

The celebration will feature inspiring alumni stories, networking opportunities, and a chance to reconnect with classmates, faculty members, and fellow graduates from different generations.
